10 up, 2' Hard, 2' E, 1:45 H 1:45 E all the way down to :15 H, :15 E, 5' recovery, repeat interval set, 5' cool down. It was pretty tough, especially the first set.
My did not hurt at all during the workout. When I stepped off the bike and straightened my leg all the way out, it was a bit hard to do and hurt about a 5/10, then subsided after about 2 min and now 5 min later no pain at all. Don't know what that was about. This has not happened with biking so far. Will monitor.
Lived vicariously through my wife who ran 7 at 6:58 today. Makes a man proud.
