Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Last week I did run a little, but I decided not to log it because it wasn't your workout. I also walked a lot with my grandpa. This was my first day back from Kenya so I actually got to run seriously. A 7:20 pace felt hard after 1 month of non-serious running. I would have gone with the team today, but I had jet lag and slept for 12 hours. I plan to start biking to the practices.
