Weather: 25 degrees celcius
Comments:
30 minutes medium run. I ran on very bumpy, windy trail terrain. I felt kind of sick at the beginning but by the end I was feeling better and I felt strong. The run was slower that it probably should have been but I was on very difficult terrain.
