Comments:
Friday afternoon workout consisted of 4 800's with an extended (~200m) recovery in between each one. Plan was to get faster as each 800 went on, and really pushed the second one, so when I tried to push the 3rd one as well, it didn't workout the way I planned, but overall I was consistent. Had some difficulty breathing, which I've had recently, but I think it probably just has to to with being unable to breath through my nose. I really want to be faster than this, so on the whole I was unsatisfied.
