Felt pretty good! I was faster at end and I had a lower HR by 16 beats! Feeling a lot better! I think run is longer than 7 and running faster than 7.
At 20 min. mark I was 30 sec. behind from Monday's run. Last 29 min. was quicker by 28 seconds than Monday's run.
