Comments:
Ran after getting home from walking the dogs. We walked up at upper Buttermilk, which isnt a great place to run from. It was much better to run from home. Kinda wandered around the city limits, switching around different neighborhoods but always staying on the city blocks. Wandered over to the Northside Projects, past the Sciencenter. went as far as Lincoln again, then came back on Utica and Albany. Very tired on the way back I can tell how out of shape I am now. Legs felt very weak and unprepared. It was nice to get out and cruise through the hood though. For now these short runs will be ok until I get some mileage in an perhaps find some running partners.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a quick stretch afterward. Got to build my flexibility back as well. Not stretching everyday takes a toll for sure.
