Comments:
I am incredibly sore. I want to take 500 ice baths... in a row. I have to admit that it really wasn't as hard as I thought it would be but it's never easy to get back into running after a break and having to do it by myself isn't exactly helping. Just have to push through and think about my goals. Did core again.
