Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= ham sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= beef patty
Dinner= ox tail, rice, chicken, carrots, stringbeans
Also had 2 bottles of water, a slice of bread, and a falafel sandwich.
Did a 15 minute run before the meet.
At the meet I ran an 800. I went to sleep at 12 and woke of at 8.
