Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= cheese sandwich and chocolate milk
Lunch= banana and a slice of bread with water
Dinner= spaghetti and a slice of bread
ALso had another cheese sandwich
FOr the workout we had 10 minute barefoot running with forms afterwards. Next I went for a 35 minute run and then I did handoffs with the 4x200 team.
Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 7:15.
