Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with Brendan right after class today. Good system. I havnt run in a while and it was great to run with someone as well. We started out fast, ran from Conte down past the Rec center, and then down the bike path to Rt 9. Saw some Amherst College runners on the way out. Might have started out too fast, since Brendan was feeling it going up the hill. I looped back a couple of times to wait for him. Went back on Lincoln and through campus. Its Lincolns birthday today, so that was fitting. Felt good coming back we got into a good pace. Overall it was slow and comfortable. Great to run with someone though.

Essentials: Stretch

Did a little stretch in my office. Might have to stretch more when I get home, feel a little sore after the run. Cume results are in and I didnt check before I logged, so I was feeling alittle bit jittery
