Comments:
Ran in the late afternoon after a productive day. I was pretty tired near the end of the day and hungry, but I really wanted to run. Got this motivation and dedication to the sport. Went out at a good pace, but felt my legs get heavy on the way back. I didnt slow down much, but I didnt feel as smooth as usual. Kept slogging through though. Legs felt satisfied at the end. It was also pretty cold out today. Definitely not shorts weather. Cant wait till that comes back.

Essentials: Stretch

Quick stretch. Legs are sore afterwards. Ankle was good. Very satisfying run. One thing that would have made it better is if there was Chipotle waiting for me at the finish line.
