Marathon Training Day 1

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Second run in the Five Fingers. At about 1.75 miles, walked for 90 seconds and stretched for a couple of minutes (clock stopped while stretching) due to cramping calves. Played COMO soccer afterward. Gonna be soooooooooore tomorrow!
