Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a little longer today with Zac. We went to Darlington and ran the full 5k course then ran back and added on a bit. Felt good at the start, a little tired in the middle, and felt much better at the end. It helped to have someone to talk to the whole way. I like these longer runs better than the shorter ones. It's nice to get into a rhythm and just tick off the miles. Can't wait to get my mileage up and do this every day.
