Comments:
Second day at Ft. Polk. Me and some other guys ran to the gym after we finished. The run was about 0.65 miles one way.

Pull-ups
DB Clean & Press 40lb (each arm)
Tabata run on treadmill, 12% incline at 6:31 pace
Did a few more pullups and pushups and then ran back to the barracks.
