Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy run in the woods and saw some huge spiders! Stopped in the middle to do a circuit:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1: Pull-ups
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10: Burpees
After each rounds I did: 1 pistol each leg and 1 single arm pushup each arm
