This Q day was not as fast as I would hope. Personally I felt good on the hills. However the 400s were a different story, my hamstring and hip are still in discomfort and its just frustrating that I keep getting the pain no matter the workout. I only did 5 of the 8 400s because of my hip and hamstring.
