Comments:
Spent today moving mostly and prepping the apartment. It was a nice day out when I got up. I was exhausted from the beamtime. In the afternoon I was hungry since I didnt really stop to eat meals but I went out for a little shake out. The roads are really confusing and honestly, I had no idea where I was going. I knew how to get through down to 25, but on the way back took a wrong turn somewhere and ran in circles for a few extra miles. I eventually found a way back and was glad I did because I really did not know where I was. Ill need to pay more attention and map things out ahead of time or just lock down a few classic routes.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched when I got back and also messed around with some stuff. Surprised how well I felt after so many days off. Also I was keeping the pace to try and get back, so there was some added effort today. Hope to get back into the mileage this week, I need it.
