Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I caught up on sleep and geared up to run in the afternoon. Cloudy and blustery today. I wasn't hydrated enough and went pretty sluggish starting out. Coming back on Madison was better but I could tell Im in a sort of slump. But you get out there and put it in to make it better. Wind was against me on the way out so that might have had something to do with it.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Got in a good stretch and roll and need to recharge now physically and mentally. Last week drained me for some reason and I am ready to get back to it.
