work-out with Elissa and Molly.
ran to bk, did some striders before, did the work out, rad back.
ran a loop around the stage that was at least 500 m long. The loop was not at all even - it incorporated some hills and a little bit of even ground. Did 10 sets of 1min fast 1min recovery.
