South Park Run

Soberlook up North Park to South Park to Sherbrooke and back (with Grese), back Chestnut Hills to Soberlook (alone) - This was another extension of the furthest I've run since getting hurt and it felt like it toward the end. My breathing was not very good, even though it wasn't as horrible as a couple weeks ago. After about 5 miles, I could start to feel my knee some. On the last mile, I could definitely feel my knee, though on the outer side instead of the medial side. It was not so terrible that I had to stop or anything like that, and it should hurt some a couple times a week. Not too long ago, that's how it felt to run four, not eight.
