Ran at 7:30am
3.25 mile warmup
3.25 mile workout
3.5 mile cool down
Workout was 4 x (4x200) w/ 100 recovery between reps and 200 between sets.
Start at 33, drop a second each set.
Hit all the times and ran great, normally had 1 or 2 per set that were a second fast, none that were slow.
Shins hurt on warm up and cool down but perfectly fine during the workout. During warmup I almost turned around and called it a day with how much I felt it.
