Comments:
Had every intention to do the 5.5 mile course around the neighborhood. Made it 3 miles (8:52, 8:25, 8:10) then had to walk for a while. Started back up after a few minutes and got another mile in (8:48), but my hip just wasn't cooperating. Giving it a few more days, then may go have it checked out. Very frustrating. It was really humid today. Should starter earlier than 8:30 a.m. Also need some new shoes.
