Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warm up to under the bridge, then a 2.5 lap tempo on the trail. Had to stop 16 minutes in to drop a deuce :(. Jogged over to Bermuda and did 6 hill sprints with about 1.5 min in between. PT hurt on the cool down, but got new shoes so hopefully that helps(other ones were incredibly beat up, I estimate over 1000 miles on them).
