hot as balls today! temperature was like mid 80s and of course there is no shade on our course so we baked for 5 miles our there in the race. Everyone ran really slow today so whatever it's over. i'm gonna PR next weekend at wilmington though. splits were (5:49-6:27-6:43-6:48-6:21)
