Dear diary,
Today I saw a boy.
I told him to grow a pear.
Then I did a workout.
Six 400s at goal mile pace (88).
It was hard as hell. The first few I hit my paces but the last ones were just bleehhhh.
My shins didn't hurt too bad and it was great outside.
