Comments:
figure 8'ed around shaker lakes after the selection show....if before spring break i had to guess whether id hit goal milage for this week it would have definetly been a no, but after a short run and then a day off i buckled down and got shit done, still taking small steps and not near where i want to be but you have to start somewhere and this was a minor victory
