Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Met CKells at veale as he was finishing his run. He joined me today. I had to go in the afternoon because of an Ochem test. We ran over to the outdoor track via Little Italy, and met up with coach.
Did all the warm up drills. Chris got a taste of run throughs in his crash course on hurdling, while I went and did some water pit jumps. Coach was splitting watching us, so it wasnt that rigorous. Did about 5 runs. Way better than the race at VMI. I can see how much time I was loosing. I was going down into the put rather than out of it. Its hard on the legs and it slows me down. Idea is to get a good push and keep head and eyes up to not crunch down. Feet placement was good, but its all about getting over and out, rather than down and out. Coach want me to have a clean race this weekend. I know a clean race will be a fast time so thats good. Then we go balls out at conference.
Ran back with Chris the same way. Feeling good today actually, quads are sore but good sore. Got back did hips back hammies. Stretch, roll, minimal abs while chatting with Flick. Havnt seen him in forever. Then started Icing befre L7 almost forgot. Still got it in.
