Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran from veale to the outdoor track to watch the simulation. Foot felt ok on that part, but was sore after biking. It must be from using spikes a lot. The tendons and muscles are strained. I will take tomorrow off again, be running again next week, then bust my balls on Friday. Its a little frustrating, but I honestly wont be gaining any more fitness or endurance this week anyways. It wasnt a workout, but hey shit happens, and I have been through a whole lot of shit. I feel comfortable about my tech work which is the most important thing. Got a ride back from coach to veale. I feel like the race (there happy David...I wasnt nervous, it just was a practice tool, not an actual race.) was a good experience for them. Little angry that some people were disappointed I didnt do it. This took a few days to get better during training in indoor track. I don't need the film work and the reps. I need to be ready for the race.
