Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was planning on a night run, but I wanted to get my package at Wade sooner rather than later, so I planned it into an afternoon run.
Coach wanted me to do the fartlek she planned. I decided to try it, and then do hurdle mobility tomorrow after swimming. Headed out to the graveyard, doing roughly a two mile warm up. The fartlek was 4 x 80 sec, 1:30 off, 4 x 40 sec, 1min off, 4 x 20 sec, 30 sec off. i did multiple loops up top, and a few loops down below the shoe tree. I am guessing it was 3 miles total.
I was nervous today but my foot felt fine. I was really cruising on the on parts. My knee and hips were fine too. Felt good. I did put on a lot of biofreeze, but thats why we have it. This was a relief. I am still in this.
Stopped by at Wade on the way back, picked up my mystery package (a Passover CarePackage, so clutch) then ran with it back to top of the hill. it was kinda awkward carrying it, I switched hands a lot.
Got back, stretched, rolled, abs, then L7 before I forgot.
