Didn't even know I'd be running this, because I was hoping to only have run the mile and qualify for Mid-Penns. I ran 3rd, went out in 65 to insure the win and then coasted in. Still was tiring though.

Felt like absolute poop. Went out on an okay pace and then just fell apart.
Went out and did J and B's right after the mile at a tempo pace. Or what felt like a tempo pace after the 2 races
Happy to hit the post-season now.
