Warm up felt ok, the heat wasnt bad at all.
Drank lots of water, strides felt controlled, there wasn't tons of pop, but I was able to run 20's relaxed, than an 18.9, than said I wanted to run 19mid and ran 19.43

Thougth things would go well.

First one was a lil rough, seconds one even more so, had to kick hard the last hundred. After that things went down hill.

Legs lost all pop, they couldnt go anywhere, I was forcing every step. Wanted to stop after the fourth one.

Tried to move on the 5th one and was just sucking wind. It's not that I wasn't recovering, I wasnt breathing hard at the start, but 100 meters in I would be. By 200 I was tired. by 350 I was sucking wind, and would suffer for the next 250.

6 was bad and told myself all I had to do was get through 8 and I would be satisfied. But after the 7th one I couldnt press any longer. I just felt terrible, the breathing hurt... Alot... I could barely stand after the 7th, just hobbled to the stairs and took off my flats. Was finally able to cool down about 5 minutes later, but after 300 meters I was too exhausted and walked back to my stuff.

Not really sure what was wrong, looking back on it I call myself a wimp, but it's just tough, doing workouts like this all by myself. I can't tell if I'm just buried, or had a bad day, or gave up? Maybe it was the heat? the stress? I dunno, but it was not fun... The last week in general has not been fun, I run cause I know I need to...
