Comments:
I was going to name the run warm, long, and good; however, i realized that was to suspect to a that's hat she said comment, so hence the title.

I ran to the best of my mapping abilities, 16.35 miles this morning. When I was in the sun it was quite warm, but the bike path was still in the shade thankfully. I ran out Burton-Windsor, to Durkee, to the path. I felt good until the last 2 miles or so when I got pretty tired. Good run though and I negative split by a minute on the way back. Feeling good.

Essentials later on, I had to go to church.
