Comments:
Headed out alone today in the afternoon. Another chill weekend, so I took my time to fit in the last bit of mileage. Did a beaumont bridge, but looped around the lake on the way back. Was over 5 miles, but not quite 5.5. Pace was still below 7, even if it doesnt seem that way. Started out quick, because I was thinking about things. Slowed down on the way back. Ankle flet alright, legs were good. Hesitated on striders still. I might be ready next week. I still play to use the Shot in the Dark as a mental exercise.
Got back, did stretch on the lawn. Came back upstairs for hips, L7, roll and some abs.
