Reno "hills" and Cathedral thrills

hehe corny title (theyve become too boring lately) . Figured I'd get dropped/slow down the Spergs/Emma/Julia group so went with Maddy, another NCS girl, a Blaire girl and Anthony! Luckily got the green light to take the hills hard and it felt good. Pace felt slow but was fine for recovery. Then sip of water/stretch foot then 1 "brisk" lap (1:56), 1 lap recovery, pilgrim road hill, then the zigzag hill(went the wrong way at the end...ooops). 3 laps cooldown at an atrociously slow pace (sorry Spergs) and was quite wiped when I stopped. But then after a few minutes of stretching I felt fine which made me think I shouldve gone harder. eh, first workout, its ok. gotta love the heat/humidity.
