Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Amazing how much better running at 7 as opposed to 8:30 can make a run. Wasn't a speed demon by any means, but was moving at a comfortable pace pretty much the whole run. Went out to Campbell Rd. and back 739 to Uncapher. Legs were a little heavy toward the end, but not terrible.
Focused on the hamstrings for strength, and the hip flexors when stretching. 5x30 abs and 3x minute planks.
