Waited to go out because it was really hot an humid when I walked home. When I stepped out the door, it actually wasnt that bad. Went out around SHHS alone, via the lake trail. Felt way better than this morning, but I was still kinda tired. Ankle felt pretty good though. Even fit in the striders! My chest felt kinda heavy, and I had a little cramp on the left side in the beginning. I probably ate too close to running again. Got a stomach ache when I got back also...
Stretch, roll, L7 and abs upstairs. Had to cut abs short because my stomach didnt feel great.
