Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Ankle still a litte sore underwater, so I biked then did underwater swimming exersice in the shallow end. Basically went back and forth for 15 minutes. Felt good almost made it to the end each way. Legs are sore from yesterday, but ankle feels good.

Afterward, went down to the weight room. Saw Alyssa, even though it was Wednesday. Did abductor, adductor, then hammies stuff and hips. Stretched downstairs too. I had to pee real bad after that, so I went upstairs to our bathroom. L7 and planks on the track. Afterward, biked over to northside to check out orientation and meet MJ. Legit!
