Comments:
rain and wind. the intervals were kinda messed up, time-wise. a friend and i did 2 X 400, 2 X 800, 2 X 1200. we threw away the watch--or pretended to--looking at the time only upon the each interval's end. 67 and 72, 2:36 and 2:29, 3:45 and 3:40, respectively. then did some 200s. the track felt hard, as if it was a little frozen, and my butt was getting fatigued.
