CD: Mayfield to Monticello to Forest Hills, around front side, back to Hampshire (with Grogan), back to Lennox
Someday I'll run out of corny names for hill workouts.
On my warm-up I noticed the bridge under Mayfield was actually dry and the eternal mud puddle there was gone. My legs were very sore when we began the workout but it was easy enough that I was able to make it through perfectly fine. Grogan and I were holding 68s according to his watch (I do not time this workout). We were talking for most of it, though I was a little out of breath at points. My legs actually felt a little better as we ran or a little looser at least. I felt dizzy at the end so at least it did something. We cooled down to Forest Hills to see the big hill has waist-level uncut grass on it.
