2xOVH Perimeter - I planned to elliptical today, but I decided that the point of a recovery week is to let my legs recover, not make my mileage without going over. My legs have been tight the whole week, so I ran slow and did not time it. I felt pretty crappy, but part of that is because I have a hard time "recovering" when I'm not tired.
