Comments:
Another 200s workout on Tilden track...this time consisting of two sets six 200s where each interval was made up of a first 200 that was mostly speedwork and the second one was recovery. Didn't pace myself well...had way too much energy after first set...always started off bad...did a little better second set, cooldown back to WJ.
