Exercise Type: Run

Weather: chilly 27 with some wind

Comments:
did a 1 1/2 mile warmup... to scotty lane from DCHS
1 600 meter hill.. jog back
3x200 meter hill repeats jog backs in between
2x300 meter hill repeats jog backs in between
1x500 hill repeats... 2 minute rest.. then ran down the hill (600) meters in 1:50
back to DC with a few fartleks on the way
5x70 meter strides to finish
Did some strength drills in the weight room
afterwards.
