update, not good

to get it out of the way: stress fracture, out 10 weeks, I have already taken off two from running so essentially 2 more months, i am going to start up 2 a days tommorow for sure because now I know for certain that I am not going to be running anytime soon. I don't know if I will be able to make it back in time to race, all I know is that for now I am going to keep working my ass off to stay in shape, my pushups and planks are the best they have ever been and I want to get them even better, I still have to think things over as to what I am going to do, I have seen grogan, tim, link, vaughn, ben, ect. all fight through injuries so I know I am not the only one who has ever had this problem. even with knowing this I still and being a bitch about this and feel kind of demoralized about the entire thing, i trained and built up at a slower pace extremely conservatively adding mileage so to avoid this very problem...whatever I think I did, the evidence is clear that I did not train the right way, fuck it, for now I've just got to keep going and try to focus, I haven't called barnes yet I will tommorow, just wanted to update everybody
