Weather: apparently its still 95 4hrs later, but it definitely isn't as hot

charlott (sp?) is back!!

much mellower, steady pace compared to my run at 1:30 (i never now what to call evening runs...5:30-7 is def more night than afternoon but don't think im allowed to call it night). today my body wasn't its up beat excited self, but its was by no means lethargic (actually pretty good, relaxed form). just trying to get back into things after last week's poison ivy fiasco.

skipped striders today. already did a run this morning, so best if i do 'em on an easier day. hopefully i'll remember, cauz it'd be nice to remember that power and strength of speed.

oh yeah, and did coach arenhalf's (sp?) weird new push-up progression. i don't like it. its hard enough to remember the routine after an entire year of doing it. stop changing things on me! ... anyway, i really haven't been keeping track of leg strengthening, push-ups etc. i've been doing crunches on my own sometimes, but apparently i'm not supposed to do 'em anymore? ehh i dunno what i'm supposed to do! well, no big deal. just enjoying running - who cares about abs/muscle.
