Met Kim and Jeff Arnold, RWC XC alumni, at the Spencerport Canal Path for a short run. Nice to catch up after several years! Kim kept saying how out of shape she was, but she was definitely pushing the pace on me. She was a fast one in her day though...
And I had no idea there is a water playground in Spencerport, at a park just past the canal on 259!
