New Trail

So I was just planning on doing the new trail for 6 today. I haven't really decided on how many miles I should do for my down week. I felt really good today though so I ended up going a couple more. I think I've decided on high 50's low 60's for the weeks mileage. In all honesty I'll probably do this same run 5 times and then 14 or 16 miles on Saturday and that'll be it. I left my watch at work so no time
