Heat Wave

Comments:
Ran after work before going out to dinner. It was real hot and humid. Remembered to take my watch with me this time. Ran the same route as yesterday. I decided that the new trail is like 1.25 miles long based on time so now I know that for my runs. Felt okay for the weather out.
