Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Staying in line with the no workout guidelines, I just ran a four mile steady state on the bike path to get my legs working. Then next week ill go 4.5, then 5 until camp. I actually think that even though I did this early, still, the heat made my pace not reflect the effort. I was happy to get one in. 3 miles warm up and cool down.
On another note, I saw a roller blader using ski sticks to push himself along...on the pavement...going downhill. Interesting.
