Dana point to san clemente

Comments:
Ran in the afternoon after checking into the hotel. The weather was soo nice out, especially on the beach. Ran along PCH basically. The roads definitely made my legs sore. Went through the parking lot to Doheney, then down PCH all the way to San clemente, then on the bike path to the pier. Then I turned around and came back. Negative split on the way back. I didn’t really know the distance, I kinda just ran for time. Felt good until the very end in the parking lot, when my legs started to feel real tired and sore. Still, the weather was so much nicer down by the ocean. Overcast and warm. After yesterdays run, my shoes were saturated with sweat and smelled terrible. Legs felt good though. Ankle was tender, knees fine, back cramp ok too. Just tired from pounding on the road overall.

Got back, drank a ton of lemon water in the lobby, then stretch, L7 and abs in the room. I want some ice for my legs. Ill just dip them in the pool and ocean.

There isn’t any internet (it costs money) in the Double Tree… I need to by it. Means that I need to log these later, and Im going to miss Degrassi…
