After the elliptical workout I utilized the Pull up assist machine and did the following. 40Xcalf raises with 10 on each calf at the end, 3 sets of pull ups and dips with at least 10 reps in each set. I then did 3 reps of 10 preacher curls with a 50lb barbell. Great workout!
